In 2003, Adrienne founded the Adrienne Alliance. She is a lifetime Human Resources professional with generalist, organization development and consulting experience in global Fortune 500 corporations. Adrienne has held positions of increasing responsibility with Shell Oil Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers and BP. She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and her career has relocated her to Philadelphia; London, England; Anchorage, Alaska; New York City; Northern New Jersey; and Houston.
Adrienne holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, studying the Appreciative Inquiry methodology for positive change with the founder, Dr. David Cooperrider. She graduated magna cum laude from Neumann College in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies. She also holds an Associate of Applied Business from Lakeland College in Cleveland.
Adrienne is professionally certified as both Senior (SPHR) and Global (GPHR) Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is both a national and local chapter member. She is a volunteer member of the SHRM/HRCI Exam Forms Review Panel that reviews and approves all GPHR examination questions and forms prior to test administration.
Adrienne is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, receiving her training from Otto Kroeger and Associates. She proudly declares her type as ESTJ.
She is a national member of the OD Network and the Association for Psychological Type and a local member of OD Connections and the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society.
Adrienne resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area with her husband, Gary.
